Sanctuary Spa at the Twelve Apostles

Here at Sanctuary guests can relax in gardens between treatment, break for lunch in Azure or meander up the clearly marked mountain paths. Guests can also enjoy a stylish sundowner while having a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Spa is divided into two distinct areas - the Sanctuary and Upper Sanctuary.

The Sanctuary have a rest area for guests, which is the ideal spot to quiet the soul, contemplate life and revitalize lost passion. Hot and cold-water plunge pools entice you from the walkover down a floating staircase into the candlelit cave. Here you will find a Brine flotation pool, a Sauna as well as Cape Town's only Rasul Chamber.

The Upper Sanctuary has seven treatment rooms that are equipped with sound and light therapy. Five dry-therapy rooms host heated massage beds, and the two water therapy rooms are adapted to include hydrotherapy and Vichy shower treatments. There are also rooms for couples available to allow for couples to have treatment together. Guests can also experience treatments outside under the secluded African-styled gazebos.
