Platteklip Wash House is a natural, seamless affair, built alongside the slopes of the world famous Table Mountain. Noted for its blending into the natural scenery all around it, in the middle of the historic Wash House precinct, the wash houses are both serene and central. From here, your trip through Table Mountain National Park is laid out before you, all the best facets of this gorgeous landscape within easy reach. That is, should you choose to not simply recline at the wash houses all day long.

Platteklip Wash House accommodates twenty-four people at full capacity. Self catering and fully equipped for such, accommodation here also includes internet access and a full range of facilities.

Activities range from a relaxing game of boules or a walk around the grounds, to guided walks around the mountain under the hand of a qualified guide. Full-day walks, overnight hikes to the top of the mountain (a must-see for anybody visiting the Cape Town area), or the more intensive Table Mountain Trail are all available as activity options, open prior request.
