Pembroke 403 is a very spacious apartment on the fourth of five floors - 228sqm with a really high spec finish. The furniture is all bespoke including some stunning glass pieces by artist Simon Croft. All of the art work is original and personally chosen for the space. The beds & bedrooms are luxurious with bed linen of the highest quality and oodles of pillows, towels etc. Each balcony has a six seater table & chairs with loungers. There is an integrated Bang & Olufsen sound and TV system with DSTV and a large bank of stored music with something for all tastes. Broadband access is wireless. Lighting, designed by John Cullen Lighting, London is extremely sophisticated and provides a variety of moods. There is even a beautiful picnic basket & towels for a day at nearby beaches. Other extra special touches include a Nespresso coffee maker and filtered water on tap.

There is a fully equipped gym and swimming pool on site.

Access from the airport is very quick and easy on a motorway virtually to the door!

A full concierge service is provided as is daily housekeeping. Breakfast can be provided on request as can the services of a professional chef. An on-site wine service provides a range of carefully chosen Cape wines especially selected by Kinnegar Wines, an Irish company which specialises in South African wines.

It is totally secure with very helpful security staff at the entrance and underground parking for two cars plus guest spaces.

Excellent food shopping is within short walking distance and there are lots of top class restaurants nearby. The Cape Wineries are all within a short drive and visits to top wineries can be arranged. The Cape area is also a popular spot for Golf with several excellent courses within thirty minutes. Airport transfers can be arranged as can car hire and guides for various activities from sightseeing, historical, wine tasting, bird watching, hiking etc.
