Milford House is a newly renovated, spacious double story contemporary home with luxury finishes. This 3 bedroomed house is located in Three Anchor Bay and can accommodate up to 6 people. Milford House has two double bedrooms (Queen beds) with ensuite bathrooms and one twin room (2 single beds) with a separate bathroom & outside shower. All bedroom & bathroom lined is supplied as well as basic tea, coffee & sugar supplies.

The spacious lounge opens onto a courtyard with pool and is the perfect place to spend lazy summer evenings. There is an open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen to make eating in an easy and enjoyable experience. The roof top terrace provides guests with a view over the city of Cape Town and the harbour. There is ample off street parking for 3 cars. Milford House is fully air conditioned and has Satellite, TV, DVD and a WiFi connection. A cleaning service can be arranged on request (at an additional cost)
