Blencathra Guest House Reviews

The welcome from Gillian and Charles was warm and sincere, it was South African hospitality at it's best. Room was comfy, with a view up to Table Mountain cable station, ample living area, wifi, well equiped kitchen and added bonus, the use of the laundry. Walking distance to town and the view from the front veranda was amazing, Table Mountain as a back drop and the city below, what more could one ask for. Would especially recommend it to someone travelling on their own.

Beautiful place, very nice and friendly people. Think it's difficult to find a place like this....

Excellent accommodation and services

hosts gillian and charles charming, warm and friendly - a real home from home. Nice and quiet with fabulous views of the city and table mountain. Would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in cape town!
