The unit could do with more Tupperware for storage of leftover foods etc. I also neded a baking tray which the kitchen did not have. I reported that the can opener is not functioning properly and nothing was done about it.Also reported that the unit needs a dustpan brush. No response. The toilet should be seen to as it is not functioning optimally. would prefer if the unit was serviced at least every second day. quite a few light bulbs not functioning in unit. Found cockaroaches in the kitchen. also inside Microwave cavities.
Lovely view. Hot in the afternoon though and heavy wooden blinds difficult to operate.

Enjoyable
I enjoyed my stay at Monaco Gardens very much. It was clean and tidy and stocked with everything you need. I will definitely book in future again.

Monaco Gardens - flat 503
Flat in good condition with everything required. Good views, nicely situated. Will use it again.
A few small recommendations which I will make to the owner, but nothing serious.

Great view and well placed flat. The laundry doen stairsdoes excellent work and the little cafe down stairs makes a killer breakfast. Flat needs a tumbledryer(our towels were only dry the first day) and washing rack. Otherwise an very nice experience, will deffinately stay here again!!!

Great stay
The 2 bedrooms are spacious and has ample cupboard space. Overall the flat was clean and well equipped. The mattresses are excellent. The views from all the rooms are stunning (5th floor). A 3 point parking was necessary to get my oversize vehicle into the basement, but the bay being oversize helped. Piet was quick to assist with the small issues we had. Security is excellent and this venue will move to the top of my list .

Home away from home!
Lovely accomodation! Very neat, clean and comfortable. Dstv is a nice bonus but the true winner is the view! Nothing like waking up or falling asleep to the waves outside your window. True value for money. We will definitely be visiting again!

Home away from home
We stayed at Monaco Gardens for a weekend and it felt like home. Everything you need, very neat, central plus a nice sea view. I will recommend the apartment to anyone (old and young). Lovely apartment!

Great place!
My friends who were visiting for a month from the UK stayed at Monaco Gardens, I arranged the accommodation for them. During their stay my friends told me that they were very impressed and happy with the accommodation, in fact they would like to stay there on their next trip.
