what a pleasure to stay in this wonderful flat,we had a fanastatic time and view.The host also made sure that we have coffee,tea,sugar,milk and the best home baked rusks .Lekker

Monoco 303
What a clean well maintained, equip unit not talking about the view. We were flying and at our arrival find that all necessary cleaning and coffee/tee making facilities were there. From the start we had a friendly response from the owner provinding all the necessary info and more up untill the welcome at our arrival. Will defenitly return and recommend to friends.

A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY
I stayed a week in Jauary at Monocco Gardesn. I had a wonderful holiday so close to the beach and at night the sound of the sea. The complex is well secured and the swimmingpool and braii area has the most stunning view. Everyone in the block was so friendly and made me feel at home. The apartment was perfect. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

Our visit to the Strand
Safe block of flats ,comfortable,loved the entrance via elevator from basement parking,sea view,would recommend to any one,did not want to leave.

Excellent
The apartment is big with lots of caboard space. Linnen and mattress in excellent condition.
Apartment is clean and well maintain.
Breathtaking view.
Will definately go there again.

The hi lite of our holiday
This was more than we expected!!We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we recieved. The flat was lovely and the sea front were amazing to wake up to every morning. We will come back very soon!!

Wonderful stay
I can recommend Monaco Gardens 303 without reservation. The owners were very considerate and helpful, the apartment has an excellent location, has everything you could possibly need, we felt very safe. Thank you.

We were inoressed with the accomodation.
Everything we neede for the weekend was available.
The pool was cleen and we did enjoy it.
We will definately visit it again.

Location Location
We stayed at 303 Monaco Gardens in November 2010 for Three weeks with our Three year old daughter.The owners Lorette and Gerhard Van Vuuren went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable.The location was perfect, as it was located right on the beach and close to local restaurants and CBD. We had a lovely time and can honestly recommend 303 Monaco gardens and can not wait for our next visit.
