Rosenview Guest House

Nestled in the shadow of the Helderberg Mountains, just outside Stellenbosch on the R44 (Stellenbosch/Somerset West Road), lies the beautiful Rosenview Farm with its comfortable guest house and well equipped conference venue. Here guests can bask in the peace and tranquillity of the Winelands whilst enjoying a traditional farm breakfast served personally by your hosts, Estelle, Sanet and Irene.

The Rosenview Guest House has 12 spacious double rooms with en suite bathrooms, including 2 family units (5 persons per unit). Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, coffee-making facilities and a mini bar refrigerator. A TV with DSTV facilities, internet connectivity, a wireless hotspot, a lockable safe and a laundry service are also provided.

Rosenview also boasts beautiful picnic areas under the trees (picnic baskets can be provided), a braai (barbeque) area and a large pool to cool off in the hot summer months. Bird watching at the nearby dam is a must for bird lovers. At the end of the day, take a stroll along the vineyard trails to the foot of the Helderberg Mountains from where you can enjoy the evening silhouette of the Peninsula from Cape Point to Table Mountain. If you are staying overnight, gather around the braai fires in good old South African style!

For the tired and weary business person, what could be more revitalising and relaxing than attending a conference in the heart of the Cape Winelands? Rosenview offers a fully-equipped conference facility that seats up to 20 people in a U-shape configuration and up to 35 in cinema style.

The nearest beach is 11 kilometres away and boat trips and sightseeing tours can be arranged. For the keen golfer, there are several championship golf courses in the greater Stellenbosch area - the lawns of Rosenview, however, are large enough to practice your golf swing. Cycling (especially mountain biking) is also a favourite pastime on the farm and cycle trips for groups can be arranged.
