It is situated on the 3rd floor of the recently renovated Simonsplein Building with a stunning roof top garden overlooking Stellenbosch.

The Penthouse has 1 bedroom with shower and bath, open plan lounge and dining room plus a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment there is DSTV, DVD, television, internet connection and a telephone.

The Penthouse is fully air conditioned with a lift to secure basement parking and entrance to the building is access controlled. A laundry service is provided on request.

It is ideally situated within walking distance of top restaurants, internet café’s, pavements café’s, bistros, shops and cappuccino bars.

Stellenbosch is ideally situated to explore the Western Cape and is close to prime golf courses, the wine estates and beautiful scenic areas for walking and hiking. Other activities in the area include horse riding, trout fishing and strawberry picking. Guided tours for all activities can be arranged.
