Situated in Die Boord, a well established and very quiet residential area of Stellenbosch, Alvera Guesthouse is within 5 minutes walking from shops and restaurants and within 10 minutes walking from the historic town center. Alvera is ideal for families or couples traveling together, but also caters for single couples or individuals. Parking is available on the premises. Our rooms are spacious and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. Our solid beds are equipped with high quality mattresses and can be arranged as 2 single- or queen size beds. Alvera is ideal for families or couples traveling together.

The spacious kitchen of the family unit is fully equipped and invites guests to socialise while preparing the food whereas the cosy lounge invites you to enjoy your sundowner or to retract for some interesting reading or watch television. For couples or singles who prefer more privacy, we recommend our self-catering rooms, which have a private entrance with a varandah and are equipped with microwave, fridge and kettle with dishes and cutlery. A TV is also provided. For guests who prefer to be spoiled, breakfast is provided in the form of a picnic/breakfast basket filled with all sorts of delicious breakfast items. Braai (BBQ) facilities are also available on request.
