It is situated in the heart of the wine lands, and is 10 minutes from Stellenbosch and 25 minutes from Cape Town. There are many world class golf courses in the area and the beach is a short drive from the house. Activities available include water ski, scuba diving, hang gliding, hiking, fishing and horse riding.
The house features 3 bedrooms with main en suite and large dressing room as well as a safe for valuables. The designer kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with laundry facility and dish washer. There is a living room with fire place and DSTV; dining room and study.
The bedrooms lead to patios overlooking the garden. The house is situated in a secure village with access controlled gates.
