Oceanresidence villa is located on the slopes of a hill overlooking False Bay, in private tranquil surroundings. The villa offers spacious open plan living room and dining room areas. The living room overlooks a large terrace with stunning views which can be used as a sun deck or for outside entertainment.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine.

The Villas accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms are downstairs; 1 en suite with shower and toilet plus a full family bathroom and 1 room is upstairs with en suite. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. For entertainment there is a TV and barbeque facility.

At the lower level there is a double garage with table tennis table.

Simons Town is a historic and picturesque town with many museums, art galleries, craft shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the house is a safe beach for swimming and sun bathing and a little further you can see the penguins at Boulders Beach. Other activities in the area include scuba diving, wreck penetration and whale watching. A short drive will bring you to the Simons Town Golf and country club and the Nature Reserve.
