Located on a hillside, in the Victorian village of Simon's Town,overlooking the yacht basin .Offering awesome views of False Bay and the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes walk to town, which has a number of good restaurants, pubs, shops, museums and a small water- front.

Close to a couple of splendid beaches, including Boulders beach, which is famous for its large colony of Jackass penguins. Simon's Town is also a prime location for whale watching during the whale season .(see 43 things to do)
