There is a large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with DSTV, Jetmaster fireplace and underfloor heating for cold winter nights. In the scullery there is a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven. There is a superb patio for relaxing and for outdoor entertainment and barbeques.

The house is 3 km from Simon's Town with its many excellent restaurants, quaint bric a brac shops, harbour and waterfront. The Simon's Town Country Club is 800m away with golf, squash and bowls. The Cape Point Nature reserve is 12 km south of Felsensicht with wonderful walking trails. There are excellent possibilities for cycling, fishing, pelagic birding, sea kayaking etc.
