Boulders Beach House

Boulders Beach House is a double/triple storey house which has been divided into 2 separate units - 1 upstairs (Sleeps 6) and 1 downstairs(Sleeps 8). They have totally separate entrances.

The house is on the 'Sea-side' of the main road, from the garden there is a gate that leads to Secluse Lane which is an easy stroll down to Boulders Beach.

There is access to a pool which is in the garden and is for the use of both units.

The upstairs Penguin View Self-Catering Unit has 2 bedrooms plus a mezzanine bedroom. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed with breathtaking views to wake up to. The other bedroom has 2 single beds with same views and the mezzanine bedroom has 2 single beds also with sea views. there are 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath and shower and the other with a shower with full ocean views, the kitchen is spacious and is open plan with diningroom and lounge all opening onto a large wooden sea view deck. The house is footsteps from Boulders Beach with its famous penguin colony. which is lovely for the children!

The downstairs comfortable self-catering holiday house has uninterrupted sea views with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and a large open plan kitchen and living area which is fully equipped with Microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine.

This Unit sleeps 8.

All rooms are simply decorated for perfect holiday living and leads out to a large wooden deck for relaxing in the sun and outdoor entertaining where you can savor the ever changing sunrises, romantic sunsets or the sight of the path of the full moon reflected on the ocean that will leave you breathless while enjoying a barbecue with loved ones and friends. Boulders Beach House has full Satellite TV for lazy afternoons or after a long day at the beach and a swimming pool. Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Watch the whales in season from your patio breaching and frolicking with their young - an amazing sight to behold.
