Ark Rock House truly exceptional value for money ... home away from home ... quiet serene beautiful views ...
chery on the top for our cape town holiday !!!

Stayed at Art Rock in Feb 2012 for a few days. The apartment is within a residential area on a hillside, just outside of the town centre - close to Boulders Beach. Very modern and spacious with lovely views of False Bay and lots of light. Much quieter than staying in the rather busy Simons Town centre and approx 20min walk into town. Very good for travelling to Cape Point (about 30mins).

The cottage was clean, and I was glad to find accommodation at such a good price even in high season! It is about 45 min drive from Cape Town, which was acceptable. There are some nice local restaurants in Simons Town, also the Toy Museum which I found interesting. For the price I really cannot complain. The cottage could be improved by installing better quality beds, doing the bedding daily and maybe some milk in the fridge for the supplied coffee. Other than that the owners are very friendly and kindhearted. Will stay there again.

Thank you to Angela and Brian for being such accommodating hosts,nothing was too much trouble to make our stay a superb relaxed experience. Your beautiful well kept house and the view was out of this world.Hope to visit again in the future.

It was really the perfect place for us to stay. The hostess was friendly and the fresh flowers just made it home. I would really recommend this house to anyone!
