Villa Andrea Guesthouse

Our traditional house was built in 1927 and has been recently renovated to offer the highest modern service standards. Villa Andrea consists of large apartments and double bedrooms. Each apartment/room stands out with its individual and luxurious surroundings.

The spacious living rooms with their harmonious and tasteful furnishings, invite one to relax. Some apartments have fire places and/or fans. Each apartment and room has satellite TV for German/European TV. Fresh flowers and a generously filled fruit bowl are included - not just upon arrival!

The bedrooms meet German quality standards. We guarantee the quality of our beds and offer luxurious imported percale. Cupboards are filled with plenty of clothes hangers and fresh bathrobes are provided.

Our apartments have open plan kitchens, equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Naturally, kitchen helpers such as can and bottle openers are available. The comfortable bar stools invite to rest for a while..

The white tiled bathrooms have bath tubs as well as showers. Plenty of towels and a powerful and functioning hair dryer are also at hand. Each apartment/room is cleaned on a daily basis. We offer a laundry and ironing service so your travel wardrobe can be kept to a minimum.

"I stayed at Villa Andrea fro 5 days during December 2011 and was pleasantly surprised by this gem in the middle of Seapoint ,Cape Town. The hosts are extremely friendly ,felt like being at home with family. Breakfast was huge and great. Parking was ample and safety great. Will go back again. "
