Located on the gorgeous Sea Point beachfront, this stunningly brand new apartment offers two bedrooms. Situated on the third floor with 24 hr security in foyer. It is a few steps to the Sea Point pavilion public pools and the promenade.

Ideal occupancy is 4 adults but we can offer a mattress for a 5th. The first large bedroom offers two beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. All linen and towels are provided. Maids service is optional and charged.

Flat screen TV with DSTV and DVD and VCR machines. Open plan kitchen is fully stocked with a gourmet coffee machine.

One block away offers restaurants, banks, supermarkets, laundry services and transport. Across the road is the "hop on, hop off tourist bus".
