Klipview villa is stunning self catering Holiday house located on the water in Scarborough.

Klipview villa can accommodate 5people in 2 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, private balcony and ocean views.

The second bedroom is smaller and sleeps 2 children or 2 adults in two bunk-beds .

One guest can sleep on a 3/4 sleeper couch in the living room. All rooms have views of the ocean. Total sleeping capacity can be extended to 9, with a separate annex bedroom containing a queen bed and 2 single beds, with an on-suite bathroom.

Klipview villa has a open-plan living area with comfortable seating area, dining table inside for 6, plus an outdoor dining area for 6 on the patio with beautiful sea views, ideal for sunset dinners, enjoying the spectacular sea-views at breakfast, or just gazing at the magnificent stars in the evening.

The kitchen at Klipview villa is fully equipped, all brand-new appliances: Stainless steel Defy Oven, and flat top glass hob with 4 cookers, farm-style white ceramic kitchen sink, large fridge/freezer and Bosch automatic washing machine, and Bosch Tumble dryer.

Klipview villa has a high-speed DSL line capabilities can be switched on if requested for an additional fee.

Bring your own beach towels. A small tv and DVD player can be supplied on request, with standard TV channels.

2 minutes walk to the beach, ideally situated in the heart of the village 2 minutes walk to the main restaurant in town. Beautiful maintained indigenous garden.

Parking for 1 car available on premises. Additional parking can be arranged if needed. it is located at the end of a quiet street, this house is the ideal getaway escape to enjoy the beauty and tranquility that Scarborough and the surrounding area has to offer.
