Inkwazi Lodge

This Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore Hermanus and the mountains of the Overberg. An owner run establishment, Inkwazi is only 150 meters from the sea and a short drive from excellent restaurants, fabulous wine estates, the best whale-watching, water sports and a nature reserve.

Two charming en suite rooms (shower only) have private entrances. Both are airy with exceptionally comfortable queen-size beds and pure wool duvets. An adjoining TV- lounge offers the convenience of a sleeper couch. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer, wall panel heater, electric blanket for chilly winter nights and a clock radio. There is also secure parking.

Your hosts, Trudy and Derrick offer legendary continental and farmhouse breakfasts, but light self-catering is an easy option. There is an upstairs sea view guest lounge and gallery (owner Derrick paints boats and aeroplanes) offering whale-spotting opportunities in season (June through November). Cape Town International Airport is only 100km away.
