It is completely private from the main house. It is situated in the heart of Rondebosch within a few hundred meters of a green belt. There is easy access to renowned Cavendish Square, Newlands Rugby and Cricket grounds. All other major attractions (uct, Kirstenbosch, Waterfront, Table Mountain, Camps Bay Beach etc.) are all close by.

It has off street parking and its own private entrance. Downstairs is a lounge and dining area with an equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 2 very spacious and light bedrooms one of them with and en-suite bathroom. There is an extra W.C downstairs. A tasty continental breakfast is provided. The cottage is serviced daily. No Pets allowed.
