Mallowdeen Gardens

At the foot of the Langeberge, in the heart of Robertson's 'valley of wine and roses', surrounded by vinyards and orchards, lies Mallowdeen Gardens. A completely renovated farmhouse. Part of the former stable is converted to a spacious, comfortable and very private apartment. Two traditional African styled cottages are situated next to the large swimming pool. Breakfast (optional) is served on the covered patio next to the pool.

Hospitality, comfort and privacy are the keywords, complemented by a cosy rural atmosphere, less than a two hour drive from central Cape Town. To ensure a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, we operate a no children policy. Your hosts are Rita and Wim van de Sande. Together with our staff we will make every efford to insure your stay with us is unforgettable.

The apartment which forms part of the main building is spacious, very private. The covered patio (with barbecue) offers beautiful Langeberge Mountain views. This elegant room has an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.

The two thatched cottages are situated around a heated swimming pool. Each has a spacious living area with a fireplace, a kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. The sumptuous breakfast (optional) is served on the patio next to the swimming pool. During colder periods we serve in the indoor breakfast room.
