The hotel's fine dining restaurant, Sommelier, presents a gourmet menu following international trends and drawing on local delicacies. All dishes are prepared using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally as well as from our own organic fruit, vegetable and herb gardens. The rooms are stylish and luxurious, with marble finishes, deluxe bathrooms, full cupboards, and writing desks. Beds are turned down in the evening and rooms are serviced daily.

The Wellness Centre has 1 Hydrobath, 1 Vichy shower room, 6 Treatment rooms with terrace, 1 couple room with Terrace, 2 Vinotherapy rooms, 1 Hamam room, 1 Massage room incl Shower and 6 Massage rooms. Specialised rooms have been set aside for the Vichy Shower and Aromatherapy tub. All Spa treatments are available daily from 09h00 to 18h00 and sundays 9h00 to 13h00.
