The accommodation is situated at the foot of Table Mountain, and yet offers beautiful views of Lions Head, Devils Peak, Signal Hill and the Harbour. Twentytwo Guest house offers luxury holiday accommodation to the discerning traveler.

The City and its attractions as well as Table Mountain and its walking / hiking trails are within walking distance of the guest house and the beautiful white beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay is a mere 10 minute drive away.

Twentytwo consists of 4 guest rooms all with en suite bathrooms, 2 with baths and showers and 2 with showers only. All bedrooms have air conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, digital safes, hair dryers and international adapters. Heaters can be arranged if needed and an internet.

A Continental or full English breakfast is available and can be served on the sunny terrace or the dining room.

Three of the rooms have either a private terrace or a balcony. The fourth bedroom is at the top of the house and has large windows with the best panoramic views of the City and the Harbour.

There is large swimming pool in an enclosed garden as well as a sundeck, covered terrace and out side hot and cold shower.
