It is situated in the area of Upper Oranjezicht, right at the foot of Table Mountain, with sweeping views of the City and the sea. Just five minutes drive away will take you to the beach at Camps Bay and Clifton. As well as The V&AWaterfront, with its craft markets, shops and fine restaurants.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is en suit with a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and separate bathroom plus an open plan Lounge and Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine. All rooms have under floor heating and all doors open onto a patio. Barbeque facilities are available. For entertainment, there are 2 televisions with DSTV, CD player and Radio and HI-FI.
The apartment has a private entrance and is completely separate from the main house. It is fully alarmed, and has secure off street parking.
