The spectacular sandy Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park is made up of extensive mantles of red dunes, shimmering pans and golden African sunsets. Situated in the Kalahari Desert and home to 60 different varieties of mammals and 215 species of bird life, this park is the pride of the Kalahari. With stretches of red sand dunes and meager scrub vegetation, it is effortless for visitors to spot wildlife.
Hundreds of antelopes gallop in unison across the red sands, and a wide spectrum of wildlife- gemsbok, meerkat, eland, blue wildebeest, springbok and hartebeest- can be seen throughout the area. By day, the leopard stretches out on the branches of the camelthorn tree whilst the black maned Kalahari lion cools off beneath in the shade - both offering excellent opportunities for photography. Also home to predators like the cheetah, black-backed jackal, wild dog and brown and spotted hyena.
Situated in the middle of the Kgalagadi within the dry riverbed of the Nossob, surrounded by tree savannah and famous for spectacular predator sightings is the relaxing Nossob Rest Camp.
Accommodation & Lodging at Nossob Rest Camp consists of 18 redecorated chalets, 20 camp sites and a luxurious and tasteful guesthouse. A well stocked shop where essential and luxury commodities can be acquired and an information desk for your convenience are provided at Nossob Rest Camp.
Picnic areas with ablution and barbecue facilities as well as a refreshing swimming pool that acts as an oasis for those sizzling hot days. On the edge of a waterhole by Nossob Rest Camp a secret hide can be found that attracts a variety of game and birds, becoming an excellent feeding ground for Lions & Hyena's. The birding enthusiasts can also spend quality time looking for that elusive rare species. All accommodation at Nossob Rest Camp is serviced daily and supplied with bedding, towels and soap.

Nossob has 20 Camping sites with barbecue facilities.

Nossob has 15 Chalets 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, cooled by ceiling fans, fully Equipped Kitchen with hotplate and fridge, W/c and shower, Pergola and Braai.

Nossob has 1 Family Cottage – All family cottages contain a fully equipped kitchen, pergola and barbecue as well as a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.
All rooms are cooled by ceiling fans.

Nossob has 1 Guest House 2 units that can be booked separately or together. One guest house has 2 x two-bed bedrooms cooled by ceiling fans

Lectures, slide shows and holiday programs are organized from the Predator center, Night drives & Day walks, 4x4 Trails and Loops.
