Monkey Valley Beach Nature Resort Reviews

We stayed one night at Monkey Valley in the Bumble Bee room. The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable with a stunning view of the Noordhoek beach and sea. The establishment is a bit "tired" and perhaps needs some renovating. For example the pool looked a bit grubby. It would have been good to have some bottles of cold water in the fridge, and the timber floor in the bathroom is pretty wet-worn. We were disappointed our room had no air-con but they provided us with a fan. It WAS one of the hottest days of the summer being 41 degrees, so the fan was most welcome. The restaurant is wonderful, and we had three excellent meals there, the highlight being the evening meal with the most delicious fresh line fish & wilted spinach, olives & feta. With the lovely sunset and pleasant and efficient staff we couldn't have been happier. Thanks.
