Villa Disa is situated at the foot of Chapman’s Peak Mountain, this exquisite, spacious and luxurious beach villa has a pool with magnificent sea and mountain views.

The high quality furnishings have been carefully selected to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. Walking distance to Noordhoek beach which stretches for 8km.The accommodation consists of five bedrooms, two double bedrooms and three single bedrooms, sleeps seven. It has four bathrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, one sharing and one guest toilet.

Comfortable lounge with open plan dining area, large farm style fire place and huge concertina doors opening onto large veranda, garden and pool area. Semi kitchen with basin, cutlery, crockery, glasses and fridge. Large screen TV (satellite), DVD, video, HI-FI CD player. 1 spacious double bedroom with small lounge and beautiful en-suite bathroom (with bath). French doors open onto patio. 1 spacious bedroom with a three quarter bed, TV and en-suite bathroom (with bath), French doors open onto patio. Study, laundry room and guest toilet .

The first floor leads to the second lounge which has large concertina doors opening onto large deck with exquisite sea views, with large white washed dining table. A beautiful open plan provincial kitchen, with dining table and large separate scullery . Two single bedrooms (or 1 twin), both with a three quarter bed. Shared bathroom (with shower and bath), separate TV (+video) area with piano.

Beautiful romantic main bedroom in the loft with king size bed , en-suite bathroom and large walk in dressing room. Sliding doors open onto highest deck with the most magnificent sea views. Some excellent restaurants and a large shopping mall are only a few minutes drive away.
