Friston Lodge in Newlands offers 1 double bedroom directly at the swimming pool (Pool Suite) and an apartment facing the fig garden (Garden Apartment), both with bathrooms en-suite with bath and shower. Both guestrooms have got satellite-TV (English) and own access to Internet.

Outside breakfast area seating six and an entertainment area to enjoy those hot summer afternoons around the heated swimming pool.

The Garden Apartment is a self-catering unit which sleeps 4 people, 2 in the bedroom, separated from the lounge by a curtain, and 2 on a comfortable sleeper couch in the lounge. The apartment has got a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath tub, and a small private patio facing the opulent big garden. Satellite-TV and access to internet via ADSL.

Friston Lodge is very close to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and not far away from Constantia Village Shopping Center, Cecilia Forest (Table Mountain contour path), Sports Science Institute & Virgin Active (Gym) and Newlands Rugby & Cricket Grounds.

In Constantia Valley you will find several Golf Courses, e.g. Steenberg Golf Club and West Lake Golf Club, the famous Constantia Wine Route and first class restaurants "around the corner". 20 minutes drive to the airport, V&A Waterfront (Victoria & Alfred Waterfront), Muizenberg Beach, Kalk Bay and Simons Town (40 minutes).
