Atlantic Spray is an elegant, tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean & Robben Island. It is wonderfully located o¬n the Mouille Point strip, facing the promenade and excellently situated for easy access to Cape Town's stunning beaches, great entertainment and the famous V&A Waterfront.

The tremendous notion when you first enter the apartment, is the wide open feeling created by the incredible view. With its seven stories up, the view is vast, with Robben Island perched directly ahead in the Atlantic Ocean to Table View in the North, down to the lighthouse at Mouille Point and Sea Point to the South; the view is absolutely dazzling. Due to the unobstructed views all around, the apartment has an open plan feel, with the dining room, kitchen and lounge area all facing onto the ocean. The lounge area opens up with glass concertina doors o¬nto a balcony, leaving that impression of being part of all the friendly Capetonian vibes, seven stories below whilst benefiting from all the home comforts.

Whilst on the topic of creature comforts, this contemporary apartment has everything your heart desires. From a large plasma screen television with full satellite connection, broadband internet access, connections for your iPOD, DVD player with even a library of DVDs to chose from and for the kids and young at heart, an XBOX 360 console.

The fully equipped kitchen is has everything that opens and shuts including a microwave, dishwasher, glass hob, smoothie maker, egg maker, and a great fridge / freezer combo with its very own ice cold water and ice block dispenser. At the back of the apartment are the two bedrooms, the main bedroom is en-suite (with a shower and bath) with the second bedroom getting access to an unattached bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower.

Atlantic Spray also has a sparkling communal pool that can be enjoyed, access directly o¬nto the promenade at Mouille Point and numerous lovely restaurants as well as a health and beauty centre just a few minutes walk away. What more could you ask for in comfort and convenience!!
