Zwinoni Lodge is tucked back, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this spectacular Tuscan Villa is an ideal getaway from the city life.

Zwinoni, a Venda name meaning birds, was built to have a “home away from home” travel experience. The lodge offers traditional food and African décor.

Our guests are exposed to African hospitality coupled with local art, history, music and food.

Our guesthouse has five elegant and stylishly decorated bedrooms overlooking the gardens, each fully equipped with Satelite TV, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities. Fax, internet, and email facilities are available . The honeymoon suite has the added luxury of a Jacuzzi and balcony with splendid views of the Rietvlei Nature Reserve, a home to more than 180 bird species.

Guided walks are gladly arranged. A two bedroomed self-catering cottage offers modern conveniences and guests can take meals in the main house.

We are a mere 15 minutes away from Cape Town and the Waterfront. An excellent golf course and beaches are only one kilometre away. The second largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere is 5 minutes away.

A number of excellent restaurants and casino are close-by.

Our location is an ideal departure point for tours around the Cape Peninsula, including the winelands,Cape Point and Robben Island. We will gladly help you to arrange above.
