301 Neptune Isle

Neptune Isle is a mere 5 kilometers outside of Cape Town's city center and yet it feels far away from the world- right on the beach, at the gateway to the West Coast Coastal route, this area is more like a holiday town than a city suburb. Visitors can spend a day exploring the busy city life and then retreat back to Neptune Isle to truly experience why Cape Town has been dubbed 'Slaapstad" (sleepy town). Milnerton is a long stretch of white beach from where the most famous pictures of Table Mountain are usually taken from. For golf enthusiasts, the Milnerton Golf Course is five kilometers away, while shoppers can indulge in some spending at Paddocks Shopping Center.
