The Villa briefly comprises of a very large ‘Open Plan’ Lounge and Kitchen/Dining area, which benefits from comfortable leather couches, Satellite TV, and a DVD Player, whilst the fully equipped Kitchen includes (amongst other things) a large ‘American Style’ refrigerator. The Dining Table seats 8 people comfortably and all three areas step out to the Pool and Entertainments area via Patio and French Doors. The Bedroom section of the house is off to the rear with the Master Bedroom benefiting from not only a large spacious Dressing Area and a full en-suite bathroom, but also stepping out onto the patio pool area via a set of French Doors. Three Further Bedrooms are incorporated within the Villa (1 Double and 2 Twins) whilst also having a large second bathroom with double basins, bath and shower.
For those younger families with young toddlers/babies, the Swimming pool also has a Cover that can be taken on and off for added security and peace of mind. The Entertainments ‘Stoop’ area also has an additional outdoor large dining table, not to mention a built-in traditional South African Braai (BBQ) which is there for all the guest use. The Pool and Entertainments area are all contained within a large and extremely Private Garden area that includes an outside Shower for those of you wishing to cool off during the long, hot, sunny day! Lastly the Villa also benefits from an automatic Double garage and off-road parking for several other cars. All Linen and Towels are provided.
