Wedgewood Guest Winefarm

Originally built in the true Cape Dutch style in 1795, the Wedgewood Guest Wine Farm is immersed in the truly exclusive and stunning South African country side near Malmesbury, only one hour from Cape Town. Spacious rooms have been decorated to make you feel entirely pampered and comfortable during your stay.

With the whole farm at your disposal, you are free to explore on foot or bicycle. Our guest are encouraged to use this unique opportunity to really step back and enjoy the peacefulness that this farm has to offer for those hungry for the quiet and relaxation not found in the city. Because the farm is a working wine farm, guests can experience the intensity and creativity behind winemaking - they often even get involved themselves in this age old process!

Wedgewood Guest Winefarm has five bedrooms. Guest House, Bed & Breakfast, and Self Catering options are available.

Main House:

Three bedrooms are available in the main guest house. All rooms have a seperate bathroom, the rest of the house is made up of a beautiful lounge, TV room, snug fireplace, reception and a dining room that can seat ten people. A kitchen comes fully equipped for those who prefer to self-cater and on those hot summer days, a pool and stoep offer both relief and a place to enjoy the magnificent countryside. Options for hiking, cycling and horse riding are also available on the farm.

Self-catering Cottages:

The wine farm also has two beautifully decorated self catering cottages with Radio/cd player, each with it's own fully equipped kitchen and private braai spot. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom with a shower. Extra twin beds can be provided on request and one of the cottages can sleep up to four people.

Wedgewood is also the perfect location for small businesses to conduct their own conferencing weekends or to entertain and provide accommodation for clients who have come from afar.
