Situated just a 10 minutes stroll to Llandudno beach, this upmarket and spacious accommodation will provide you with breathtaking sea, mountain and sunset views.

The house sleeps 8 persons, with 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms {3 en suite}. On the ground floor, the spacious open plan lounge / TV room flows onto an exceptional paved entertainment area (part undercover), rim flow pool, and small landscaped garden with Koi fishpond. A cosy pub leads onto the formal dining area which seats 10 around an elegant fireplace. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped. The large guest suite leads onto a private balcony. The main and remaining bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor along with a second lounge, study /office {with ADSL, fax, photocopier, scanner}, and large balcony with Jacuzzi.

Other features include a gas barbecue, under floor heating in lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Ceiling fans or air conditioners in bedrooms, perimeter and internal alarm, garage and off street parking, large Plasma Screen TV with Satellite, surround sound and DVD player and a second TV in main bedroom.

Close to the beach, mountains, wine route and city, where you’ll find lots to do. Activities within the area include boating, fishing, surfing and body boarding, tennis and squash courts, horse riding and hiking trails. Hout Bay, the nearest village is just over 1km away. Here you will find the harbour, another beach, shops, art galleries and restaurants.

Note: This house is not suitable for small children as there is no pool net.
