Located in the prestigious Cape Town residential area of Llandudno, the villa is idyllically within walking distance to Llandudno and Sandy Bay Beach and Nature Reserve. The renowned Camps Bay, Hout Bay and Noordhoek villages are all within easy reach. All suites are designed to frame the incredible sea views from all areas including the bathrooms.

The first two suites are situated on the upper level of the villa, with the remaining four suites on the pool deck level. The suites are spacious & expansive, with magnificent uninterrupted sea views opening up onto private sun decks. The floor to ceiling glass doors retract completely into walls, bringing the magnificent surroundings indoors. The constant crashing of waves on the rocks below becomes a constant reminder of where you are, as the unmistakable scent of the sea permeates the air. In-room amenities include televisions with surround sound, DVD players, air conditioning, mini bars, hair dryers, coffee stations, Internet connections, mobile telephones, and international plug points. The bed linen is pure cotton percale with a thread count of 600. All beds are king size with extra length. Two rooms can be done as twin rooms with two single beds in each.

With under floor heating throughout, the modern open plan bathrooms offer plush towels on heated towel racks, oversized baths and showers, gowns and other luxuries one expects to find. Against the dramatic background of magnanimous ocean views, the villa offers spacious entertainment areas flowing naturally onto the wrap-around balau deck. The open plan kitchen is every chef's dream, offering modern conveniences including a Steam oven, gas stove, Tepanyaki Hot plate and a large selection of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Delectable breakfasts are served every day. The beverage bar is also fully stocked with quality South African wine and mineral waters. Dinner can be provided on request by our chef.

The heated pool offers a welcome escape from the heat and offers sun loungers to laze about. In close proximity to the pool is also a steam room and a guest bathroom that comes complete with a shower. Your villa keeper ensures you want for nothing.
