Situated in a quiet close with fully enclosed garden, good security and off street parking for several cars, this cottage is within easy walking distance of the world renowned beaches at Kommetjie.

The cottage has a fresh and airy ambience. It has three bedrooms, the main with queen sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin sized beds and the third bedroom has one twin bed. Each bedroom has ample cupboard space.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, basin, toilet and shaver point. There is a separate guest toilet off the passage.

The lounge has DSTV, music centre and bookcase.It is open plan to the dining room which has a table, six chairs and a sideboard. An open hatchway connects to the kitchen. This has granite surfaces, undercounter oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.You will also find all the smaller appliances you need for a holiday. There is a view of the stone chapel on the Slangkop mountainside from the kitchen window.

Both the lounge and the main bedroom exit to the covered and tiled north facing patio. A patio table and six chairs are in the garage. The garage has a tumble dryer, washing machine and basin.

The many and varied activities of the peninsula are within easy reach. Cape Point, the penguins, the waterfront, winelands, golf , etc. The village at Kommetjie has retained its village atmosphere.There are good restaurants, pubs, chemist, doctor, superette, craft market, cheese factory, camel rides,library, churches and much more. Even launching facilities for small boats.This is where crayfish are caught in abundance during the season.For serious shoppers, Longbeach Mall, 8km distant, ranks with the best in Cape Town.
