The accomodation is a double storey, 3 bed roomed holiday house. It is located in the centre of Kommetjie. Conveniently close to the old Post House, the local pub and fine restaurants.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, a spacious living room and library. All leading onto a balcony with great views. Exterior stairs are available on the side of the house, which leads to the front garden. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

Downstairs includes a large open plan lounge with television, warm wooden floors and a jet master fireplace. Lovely views of the mountain can be viewed from each of the house. In the back garden, a dining table is available for meals outdoors.

The house is close to the beach. You may take a beautiful landscaped pathway leading from the beach to the Slangkop lighthouse. Within walking distance is Long Beach, a surfer’s paradise. Swimming, walking, surfing and fishing is some of the local pastimes in Kommetjie. The area is ideal for mountain biking with a scenic coastal route leading to the cape Point Nature Reserve.
