Wild horses roam free in the marshlands surrounding Kleinmond, South Africa's only herd of wild horses in a wetland habitat. Bot River lagoon area is a good place to try get a glimpse of them.

Kleinmond is situated in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom and is the most urbanized town in Hangklip area, providing most amenities. Whale watching is from May to December all along the magnificent Hangklip, Hermanus, Kleinmond coast.
