Downstairs: Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with solid wood floors. Luxuriously furnished with sofa, armchairs and ottoman in exclusive fabrics. Original artwork. Entertainment includes plasma screen TV with satellite system. Dining area furnished with a six seater dining table and upholstered chairs. opens onto a balcony area to the front of the house with French dining table and chairs. Gas fireplace. Small Bathroom/Cloakroom. Air conditioned.

Kitchen: Magnificent painted kitchen with two sink areas for additional food preparation requirements. Seperate butchers block. Large oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, combined washing machine and drier. Opens onto a charming courtyard with water-feature, loungers, dining table and chairs.
