Position position position, this luxury villa is set on one of the most desired areas of the Western Cape. Offering 4 bedrooms which of two en suit. The main bedroom has a beautiful antique Victorian bed from where the most amazing views can be admired, a luxury bathroom and walk in cup board makes it a dream come true. Bedroom two also equipped with a Victorian bed is very spacious and has a beautiful bathroom. Bedrooms three and four are both with double beds, separate entrance and share a nice spacious bathroom.

Villa Royal has four open plan living areas consisting of dinning room flowing into a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with views. The living room with fireplace flows onto the terrace with pool area. The fourth living area is open plan but an excluded area which is ideal to retrieve yourself in with the opportunity to use the provided internet facility.

Outside tranquility is the suitable word to describe the feeling you get which is enhanced by the beauty that surrounds you! An unbelievable mountain and sea view which can be enjoyed from either the Jacuzzi or the rim flow pool will take your breath away. A gazebo next to the pool invites you to sit back and relax while enjoying the scenery.

Not even 5 min away from World of birds’ sanctuary and tropical Landudno beach; one the Capes most exotic beaches. And not to forget only 8km away from where it all happens Camps bay, where on can enjoy the beach, bars, clubs and restaurants
