THE KING'S PLACE is situated in the Hout Bay valley on 8 acres of agricultural land. The property is surrounded by spectacular mountain views. There are paddocks, stables and a tennis court.
It consists of the Valley House 1, Valley House 2 , The King's Cottage and the Dales.
Valley House is situated on the upper slopes of the property and has a beautiful 11m pool. It can be rented as one large house or split in two.
VALLEY HOUSE 1: (sleeps 12 people). It has 5 bedrooms, (2 large main bedroom with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms with twin beds and one extremely large bedroom with four beds)
3 full bathrooms and 1 shower, basin and toilet.
A beautiful large open-plan dining room and lounge with satellite TV that leads downstairs to a cozy wooden pub and out to a paved BBQ area and the stunning11m pool set in a landscaped garden.
It has a beautiful large well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing machine, eye-level oven, hob and a microwave.
VALLEY HOUSE 2: (sleeps up to 6 people). It has 2 bedrooms, (1 main bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom en suite, and another bedroom with twin beds), 2 bathrooms.
There is an open passage area with bunk beds which is deal for 2 children.
The kitchen is tastefully done in maple and granite and is fully equipped.
THE KING'S COTTAGE: (Ideal for a couple) It has it's own private entrance, garden and barbeque area.
A double bedroom furnished with a double bed, top quality linens, and
en-suite bathroom (shower only).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary essentials, tastefully
displayed in an open plan wood and granite finish.
The lounge has a TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
THE DALES: (sleeps from 8 -12 people).It is situated on the lower section of the property, bordering the paddocks and stables, chickens and geese .It is a beautiful thatched double-story home.
It has a large open-plan kitchen, tastefully done in maple and granite with all the necessary equipment, lounge with a TV, DVD/CD player and a VCR, and dining room.
Laundry, large playroom or 6th bedroom with a beautiful pool table, a TV, DVD/CD player and a VCR, and a full bathroom and separate guest toilet.
All 5 bedrooms are upstairs and 4 lead onto a beautiful balcony with breathtaking views.(The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom en suite.The other 4 rooms have twin beds). 2 bathrooms and a games room.
The garden is a child's paradise. There is plenty of room to kick a ball and play hide 'n seek. There is a jungle gym, trampoline and a beautiful swimming pool. The King's Place also has a tennis court.
The lounge and playroom lead outside to a paved braai (barbeque) area.
All accommodation at The King's Place is self-catering.
All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
The units are serviced daily or weekly, depending on season.
