The air-conditioned top floor apartment is situated in a peaceful location, a minute's walk to Hout Bay beach and close to restaurants and shops. The self-catering apartment has been decorated with designer furniture to produce a stylish, comfortable feel. Wifi is also available.

The two bedroom apartment offers fantastic sea and mountain views and has a balcony with patio furniture and a barbecue from which to enjoy them. It is fitted with air-conditioning for the hot summer and central heating for winter months, ensuring maximum comfort all year round.

La Dolce Vita is situated in a recently built development with controlled entry, 24-hour security and undercover parking. A lift allows easy access to the top floor. There is a large indoor swimming pool.

The apartment is located at the foot of Chapman's Peak and is perfectly situated in a quiet location, just a minute's walk from the beach. A supermarket, banks, bars, restaurants, internet cafe, tourism office, gym and numerous other shops are all less than five minutes walk away.
