Hout Bay Heights has 5 double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. A further 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a large family bathroom. The 5th bedroom is the master suite with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and magnificent balcony with mountain views.
The property offers a huge open plan kitchen dining room with an interconnected lounge and a separate lounge. This superb communal living space has floor to ceiling doors which can be pulled back to open the front of the house onto a balcony which looks out to Hout Bay harbour, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding Table Mountain range. The balcony is large enough to accommodate sofas, armchairs and a table and chairs for 10 so you as guests have the opportunity to live the outdoor life throughout your holiday.
At the front of Hout Bay Heights is a large lawn garden and pool area. The pool is salt chlorinated with plenty of sun loungers around it to relax on. When you wish to escape the sun there is a covered pergola beside the pool where you can lie back upon piles of soft cushions and read books or keep an eye on the children. There is off street parking for 3 cars. Maid service is included. Our friendly caretaker lives in a small flat in the basement and looks after the pool and the garden. He will hand the keys to you when you arrive, ensure you have everything you need and sort out any problems in the unlikely event that they should arise. Babysitting is also available on request.
