The dining area has an elegant eight seater table which has direct terrace access and beach and mountain views. It is serviced through a large serving counter from a modern, state of the art kitchen and has a fully fitted separate scullery.

The air-conditioned master bedroom offers an on suite with double basins, spa bath, shower, and a king sized bed and a private balcony to enjoy the inspiring views. Two other fully fitted, very comfortable bedrooms share a balconey that looks out over the rugged mountains and cool blue ocean. A fourth bedroom with an innovative double/single/bunk configuration is perfect for kids or as daytime hideaway. The villa offers 24 hour manned security, it’s only a two minute drive from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and thirty minutes to central Cape Town and Table Mountain.

Hout Bay is a beautiful, bustling seaside village that is surrounded by impressive mountains, the majestic Sentinel to the west, so called because it guards over Hout Bay like a proud sentry and to the east is Chapman’s Peak, home to one of the most scenic drives in the world. Hout Bay has a long beautiful white sand beach, a working harbour where you can purchase crayfish and snoek, direct from the fisherman and some of the best seafood restaurants in the country.
