Fair Mountain is a self-catering apartment situated in the heart of Hout Bay within the Princess Beach Complex.

Facilities include excellent security - the entrance to the complex is manned 24/7; a swimming pool within the complex, laundry facilities and safe parking.

The apartment comprises 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (including separate shower) upstairs and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which opens onto a balcony, downstairs.
