Belvedere is a spacious 3-bedroom house situated on a large (2500 m2) landscaped garden with beautiful indigenous plants, it provides several tranquil areas for relaxing and sunbathing. This superb family accommodation is located in the prestigious and quiet Mount Rhodes residential area, with wonderful views across the valley to the mountains and sea. The house is tastefully furnished and fitted with all modern conveniences.

The accommodation includes:

3 bedrooms (two doubles with one en-suite, one twin) with ample cupboard space & ceiling fans. Balcony with sea views, 3 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath, 1 en-suite with both shower & bath)

Comfortable lounge/dining room with sliding doors to the garden and patio. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, etc.) TV room with sofa bed, satellite TV, VCR and large sliding doors to the garden. (Sleeps 6).

Patio area with braai (barbecue) & sun loungers, Ample parking. Fully equipped with quality furniture, fittings, etc. Linen & towels provided, Cleaning service twice a week - more can be arranged at extra cost, Pre-paid telephone.

All the attractions of Hout Bay, the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town and the Cape Winelands are within easy reach. Belvedere is 20 mins from Cape Town centre and 30 mins from the Cape Town International airport.
