This luxury self catering property provides accommodation for up to four persons in a quiet and relaxed environment with an outdoor pool and within 300m of Hout Bay beach and harbour. The property offers magnificent views of Chapman’s Peak and the surrounding mountains and is only 5 minutes drive from Hout Bay village which has a wide variety of restaurants and shops.

The accommodation has secure access with remote entry into the integral four car garage with space for two to three cars outside. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is spacious and includes satellite TV, log fireplace and comfortable seating for 6. The closed terrace dining area (with seating for 8) leads onto an outdoor swimming pool and patio area for entertaining with barbecue facilities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including gas and electric cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.

Stairs lead up to the loft area with two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin) The master bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobes. Double doors open onto a private balcony with stunning views of the bay and Chapman's Peak. The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the surrounding mountains.

There is a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
