Maanskynhuis is a new luxury villa offering magnificent views of Walker Bay, the mountains and nature reserve of Fernkloof. Accommodation can be provided for twenty people in luxury in a combination of six en-suite double bedrooms and two bedrooms with four bunk beds in each.

The villa consists of a spacious and light open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room and a spiral staircase which leads to the lower floor where the children's bedrooms and bathroom are located. The games room has a pool table, darts, table tennis, television, DVD player and music system leading onto the bar and Jacuzzi. French doors lead to the poolside complete with poolside furniture. There are two terraces with built in BBQ and an Italian Pizza Oven.

One terrace faces the Bay and the other the Mountain. There is a staff quarters and laundry room. The property is alarmed and has DSTV. The house is serviced and managed by a very capable lady. It is situated about five minutes walk from the blue flag Grotto Beach.
