Braeview B&B / Self-Catering

Braeview Guesthouse is located in the picturesque town of Hermanus also known as the Heart of the Whale Route. We are situated in a tranquil, scenic environment from where one can hear the whales breathing in the evenings and early mornings. Braeview is owner managed and only 150 metres from the famous cliff path where the whales can be seen from close range. A short stroll away from the village and restaurants this elegant guesthouse offers the peace and quiet one needs to plan for the next day's exciting events and excursions.

From June to December our coastline is visited by hundreds of Southern Right whales and during this period you will be entertained by these wonderful giants of the sea when they nurse and play with their offspring just 20 metres away!

Main unit (sleeps up to 6)

The entire ground floor of the building forms the self catering unit which consists of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms sharing the second bathroom, big lounge with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double french doors lead onto a patio and lovely private garden with barbeque facilities.

Stone garden cottage (sleeps up to 4)

Spacious, sunny and tasteful! The stone cottage comprises of a spacious room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette and is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people self catering or bed and breakfast. The cottage has a private patio with barbeque leading into the garden.
